Nothing wrong with the service OR the general air at Boots Opticians in Maldon...BUT...the last pair of glasses I had [October last year,so not yet a full 9 months,have ALWAYS been very slightly blurry....and on my enquiring,I was told just to 'Wear them for longer'. Ok...not going to whinge-you have plenty of competition,as you well know...merely stating that for £225,I hoped for a TAD more concern than "Oh,you aren't wearing them long enough". I wear the fkn things when I have stuff to do that requires pin-point vision,NOT as decoration,or merely out of habit.

I cannot fault the service. The only problem I have with Boots Optician's in Makdon is the fact that you have to negotiate some quite steep and narrow stairs. This should be pointed out in advance to anyone who isnot very mobile.
